Crispy Breaded Chicken Cutlet

1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken

Cut the chicken breast in half horizontally to make two thin cutlets.
Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

2️⃣ Set Up the Breading

  • In one bowl, beat the egg.
  • In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and herbs.

3️⃣ Bread the Chicken

Dip each chicken cutlet into the beaten egg.
Then coat well with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently so it sticks.

4️⃣ Cook the Chicken

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Fry the chicken for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
Make sure the chicken is fully cooked inside.

5️⃣ Drain & Serve

Place the cooked chicken on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Serve hot.
